At OK Nutts, we endeavour to deliver all our products across India in the best possible condition through trusted and reliable logistics service providers. We aim to ensure that every order reaches our customers fresh, safe, and on time. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation, and the estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location. Local orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days, while outstation orders may take approximately 3–7 working days. Orders delivered to regions such as Jammu & Kashmir, North East India, and Kerala may take around 5–9 working days due to logistical constraints. We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive an email and/or SMS containing the tracking number along with the details of the courier partner handling your shipment. You can usually track your order status within 24 hours of dispatch. However, in certain situations, tracking updates may be delayed due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues with logistics partners, weather disruptions, strikes, lockdowns, server issues, or other force majeure events. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, OK Nutts shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such external factors.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may vary from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the website before the order is placed, ensuring full transparency for the customer. Occasionally, promotional offers such as free shipping may also be available. All products are packed using hygienic and secure packaging methods to maintain freshness and quality during transit; however, minor external packaging changes may occur due to handling during shipping and shall not affect the product quality.
